HORSD'OEUVRES & SNACKS
  • Hors d'oeuvres and Snacks are not included in the menu price
  • Hors are prepared to last 30 to 45 minute
  • Hors d'oeuvres are passed by servers
SEATING FOR DINNER
  • Wellers will ring dinner bell and begins seating guests 20 min prior to grand entrance
  • Your final RSVP and seating chart is due at your final meeting 7-10 days prior to wedding.
  • You may add guests as late as the Thursday prior to your wedding.
MENU SERVICE
  • No food or beverages may be brought in from outside vendors except wedding cake & desserts
  • Dinner plates, flatware, wine & water glasses, coffee cups, linens, water pitchers,
    salt & pepper, dipping oil plates and bread plates are included. in your menu price
  • Rolls and salads are served at guest tables.
  • Wellers releases two tables at a time to the buffet by table number for dinner
  • Photographers, DJs and any people you hired will be included in guest count.
  • Wellers does not offer food tastings.
CHILDREN
  • Children five and under are charged $5 each and are not part of your minimum adult guest count.
  • Indicate "H"for highchair, "B"for booster and "C" for children under 5 who do not require highchairs
  • Babies in carriers require a seat

FOOD ALLERGIES & VEGAN MEALS

  • Gluten-free items can be accommodated if requested at your final meeting
  • Provide guest's name and table # for gluten free meals
  • Each item on your buffet is labeled gluten-free or dairy-free.
  • Wellers will plate and heat a meal brought in by someone who has life threatening allergies.
  • There is a $5 charge for Vegan meal requests.
DESSERT TABLES, CAKE CUTTING, DELIVERY
  • The room is open 3 hours prior to ceremony for dessert & cake delivery
  • Wedding cakes must be set up by your baker. No refrigeration is available
  • Any other desserts must go directly to dessert table
CAKE CUTTING OPTIONS
  • 0.00 PP if you bring in all plastic plates, forks, napkins charge and cut cake
  • $.75 PP china plate forks & napkins.
  • $2.25 PP Cake Cutting Service is: includes: china plates, napkins, forks
  • $3.50 PP Wellers Cake Cutting Service and Dessert Display
