Raisin River Room Indoor Ceremony Set Up

DESIGNATED INDOOR CEREMONY AREAS
You may schedule your ceremony in your banquet room any month with the understanding that guests will be seated at their reserved dining tables. There is a INDOOR CEREMONY PACKAGE [see below] for each room which will make provisions for a wedding aisle, vows and procession. You may move an indoor ceremony to the outdoor grounds outdoors with a 24 hour notice. Click on OUTDOOR CEREMONIES for outdoor ceremony guidelines

INDOOR CEREMONY REHEARSALS
There is no charge for using the room for rehearsals. You may rehearse in your banquet room on Mondays or Thursdays between 11 AM and 6 pm. The room must be vacated and locked by 6 pm. No services are provided i.e. coffee, beverages or food for rehearsals, nor may food or beverages be brought into the room. The room may be used for rehearsal purposes only and if cleaning is required after the rehearsal, cleaning charges will be deducted from your Advance Deposit at the rate of $50 per hour. The room may not be used for a rehearsal dinners and/or caterers may not bring food into the room for rehearsal dinners.

TIMING OF YOUR INDOOR CEREMONY
An indoor ceremony will eliminate the time to go to an outdoor ceremony area so you can usually cut some time off the time line and start dinner earlier.

WALK THROUGH
Do an "at-home walk-through" of you ceremony before you have your 60-day planning meeting with Wellers'. This meeting should also be scheduled before you send out your invitations in case there are adjustments you make at the meeting.

MUSIC FOR INDOOR CEREMONIES
If you have hired a DJ, you may wish to talk to him about providing the music for your indoor ceremony. Space is limited for indoor ceremonies, so discuss this with your wedding planner at Wellers during your 60-Day planning meeting. It is important however, that whatever music you do plan that cords do not run across entry or walkways and are secured to prevent tripping your guests.

CARRIAGE HOUSE
Indoor Ceremony Set Up: $300 Include:

  • Removal of buffet table and set up after ceremony
  • Move head table and move back in place after ceremony
  • 4 standing candelabras with 9 2-1/2" candles on each. 36 candles provided by Wellers
  • Set up aisle runner
  • Repositioning of silk floral arrangements on either side of the alter.
  • Set up of 32 chairs 16 on each side of the aisle for family. Tear down of aisle and chairs after the ceremony.
  • All other guests remain seated at their tables in the room

RAISIN RIVER & HENRY FORD ROOMS
Indoor Ceremony Set Up: $200: Includes:

  • Includes:2 standing candelabras. 36 candles provided by Wellers
  • Repositioning of silk floral arrangements to create an alter
  • Repositioning of tables to make room for alter & aisle. Return tables to original position after ceremony is concluded.
    Set up 12 chairs, [6 on each side of the aisle] for family.
  • Tear down of aisle and chairs after the ceremony.
  • All other guests remain seated at their tables in the room.

WELLERS HOSPITALITY ROOMS

Wellers has a Hospitality House available to rent for 4 hours prior to your ceremony for $125. This gives you a place to relax and
