A DATE Once
you have visited Wellers you may hold a date for 7 days with no obligation.
At
the end of the 7-day holding period you will need to book or release the date.

A DATE
To
turn a 7-day hold into a booking Wellers must receive a completed contract
with two signatures along with the deposits listed below by the end of your 7-day
hold.

WE
WILL SCHEDULE TWO PLANNING MEETINGS WITH YOU: 90-DAY
PLANNING MEETING: Your first meeting with Wellers will be approximately
90 days prior to your wedding. We will send you an email with available dates
and times.
Complete the
90-day Worksheet in
the Event
Planning Package for your 90-day meeting. Based on the
options you select and your estimated guest count, you will be given a written
estimate. One-half of this estimate is due at the close of this meeting. Payment
must be made by personal check, cashier's check or cash. The remaining one-half
will be billed and payable at your final meeting when your guest count is finalized.
FINAL MEETING: The
final meeting is scheduled 10-14 days prior to your
event. At this time, your final guest count, assigned
seating arrangement, final payment and bartender payment(s) is required. You will
need two separate checks for each bartender and a final check payment.
