2026 CATERING GUIDELINES

HORSD'OEUVRES

  • Hors d'oeuvre are priced per person for 2-3 per person lasting 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Hors d'oeuvres are passed on trays wherever there are guests including patios and ceremony area.
  • Hors Selections & prices may change throughout the season. Please check at your meeting.
  • We do not accomaodate"Hors Only" menus.

SEATING FOR DINNER
  • Wellers staff will ring the dinner bell outdoors 20 minutes before the Bride and Groom make their grand entrance.
  • Wellers has table numbers or you may bring in your own. Go to Seating Diagram for the table numbering
  • You will need to give Wellers your final seating diagram at your final meeting 7-10 days prior to your wedding.
  • You cannot lower your guest count invoice after your final meeting
  • You may add guests as late as the Thursday prior to your wedding.

DINNER SERVICE
  • Includes China, flatware, water goblets, linen napkin, bread baskets, salt & pepper, dipping oil plates and bread plates .
  • Warm rollS and plated salads are served at each table as guests are seated;
  • All menus are served buffet style and are not plated for each person.
  • Wellers will release two tables at a time to the buffet by table number.
  • Djs, Photographers, and any other vendors need to be included in your seating chart and guest count.

CHILDREN
  • Children five and under are not part of your minimum adult guest count. However, they do require a space/chair at the guest table.
  • Indicate a highchair with "H", booster seat wrh "B" and "C" for childen who do not require either
  • Babies in carriers may not be placed on the floor by guest tables and will need a seat. Please account for this when doing your seating chart.

GLUTEN-FREE OR DAIRY FREE MEALS OR SPECIAL MENU ITEMS
  • Each item on your buffet is labeled gluten-free or dairy-free.
  • Wellers will plate and heat a meal brought in by someone who has a life threatening food allergy.
  • Any menu additions or changes will need to be priced out in wirting prior to your 90-day meeting and are Per Person pricing
  • Outside caterers are not allowed with the exception of Dessertss

DESSERT TABLES
  • A Table is provided for wedding cake and desserts.
  • Wellers does not have cooler space for desserts. Please consider that when you make your selections.
  • Vendors may deliver desserts 3 hours or less prior to ceremony and display their desserts when they are delivered
